The location was good ,easy to get to the metro and center of rome The Staff was very helpfull and friendly. The place was quiet for sleeping
Rooms were cold .heating was only on for a short time. I would not reccommend this place if you are looking for luxury. On The other hand the price was excellent as compared to the very expensive hotels in Rome and once you get used to the location ,all is fine .I would imagine this place iss very nice in the summer .

The staff was really friendly and help you in every aspect. They give you the information that you would wonder to ask. The bathroom was really clean. The WiFi works without any problem! Is very cheap and is not complicated arrive there (recomendation: Go to Rebbibia or Ponte Pammolo undergrounds stops and take the bus that says 'San Bacilo'.The bus is free so don't worry. Then you just have to walk one minute).
Because is a little far away you have to wake up a little bit more early. Just as a recomendation put ladders in the beds that don´t have. Is a Good hostel!

I was quite pleased with the decoration of the hotel's common areas. The elegant furnishings and tasteful decor created a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility for senior people was commendable. The well-maintained elevators and spacious hallways made it easy for me to navigate, ensuring a stress-free experience.
The only improvement I would suggest for a better vacation for senior people is the need for more attentive and considerate staff. It would have been more enjoyable if the children working there had shown a greater level of professionalism and provided the necessary assistance when needed.

The hotel had a modern building with air conditioning, which was a relief in the hot weather. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, going out of their way to assist us during our stay.- The room and bathroom were nice and very clean, which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
The location of the hotel was quite far from the center of the city and the nearest metro stop, making it inconvenient to get around. The Wi-Fi connection was nonexistent, which was frustrating as we needed it to stay connected and plan our activities.

The host, Alfio, was friendly and accommodating, even allowing me to check-in late at night. The location was ideal with a convenient parking area available. The quality and price of this hostel were unbeatable. I highly recommend this hostel for a wonderful and affordable stay in Rome.

The rooms at Palace Rome were great value for money. They had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including en-suite bathrooms and flat-screen televisions.
Personally, I didn't enjoy the shared kitchen at the property. It's just my opinion though, others might still find it useful.

Great location for driving into Rome, friendly staff, good water pressure in the shower.
Wow, the animals were everywhere, no respect for quiet hours, no breakfast. And who needs a comfortable bed and a spacious room anyway?

Great value for money with clean rooms and spacious bathrooms. The location is convenient with easy access to local amenities and friendly staff. The Wi-Fi is good and the room is comfortable, plus there's a lovely dog!
The breakfast menu could use some improvement, perhaps by offering a wider variety of options.

The location had a few conveniences nearby, like a supermarket and restaurants, but it was difficult to find and in a rough area. the room and bathroom were dirty and unfinished, with thin walls that allowed noise to easily pass through. the staff were friendly and the reception was open all day. the AC was a saving grace during the hot summer nights, and there was a nice terrace outside. the hotel was clean and newly renovated inside, but its flaws overshadowed these positives.
The staff were unhelpful, took days to respond to emails, and couldn't clean the room properly or provide necessary amenities like clean towels and pillow covers.
